Help create change right here in your hometown!
Businesses and individuals are urged to join our efforts to pick up litter and trash that has accumulated over the long winter months. This year, with your help, we can clear miles of roadways in the Township. Here’s how the program will work:
- Robinson Township will provide gloves, reflective vests and trash bags.
- Supplies can be picked up inside the police department lobby at the Robinson Township Municipal Building, located at 1000 Church Hill Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15205
- Gloves, vests and trash bags will be packaged to accommodate groups of four. Larger group packages will be made available upon request.
- Participants will be required to complete a volunteer waiver form.
- Interested individuals can pick up their supplies weekdays from April 14th through May 7th.
- Once you have picked up your chosen street, notify the Township and our Public Works Department will pick up the bags.
- Letters of community service will be provided upon request.
Robinson Township would like to recognize our volunteers. Whether you plan to come out as a family, organization or business, we want to know who you are. Please contact Jane Tallon at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
We ask all volunteers and group leaders to follow guidelines for social distancing during cleanups. Keep groups to fewer than 10 people as recommended by the PA Department of Health.
