2020 ROBINSON TOWNSHIP REAL ESTATE TAX

*The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Robinson declared a Disaster Emergency in order to implement emergency management procedures to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the Township of Robinson by mitigating strategies to increase the containment of the COVID-19 virus.
Given the above mentioned disaster declaration due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic, the Board of Commissioners for the Township find it is in the best interest for the health, safety, and welfare of its residents to extend the deadlines for payment of real estate taxes at a discount and face value for a period of thirty (30) days from the original due dates as described in the Payment Date Chart above.

WATER AND SEWER LIEN LETTER
The Municipal Authority of the Township of Robinson (MATR) may issue the water and sewer lien letter for a given property which most closing agents may require for the sale/purchase of said property.

MUNICIPAL LIEN LETTER
