INSTALLMENT PLAN TAX PAYMENTS
Montour School District offers a three (3) payment installment plan to pay your School-Related Tax Payment. The face value of your school-related tax is divided into the three (3) payments.
Installment Payment Schedule
The first of three Installment Payments is due by August 31st.
The second of three Installment Payments is due by October 31st.
The third and final payment of three Installment Payments is due by December 15th.
Coupons for Installment Tax Payment 2 and Installment Tax Payment 3 will be mailed to you after Jordan Tax Service receives the first installment tax payment.
Please be aware coupons for Installment Tax Payment 2 and Installment Tax Payment 3 are on the same sheet.

Effect of Failure to Receive Tax Notice. “Failure to receive tax notice shall not relieve any taxpayer from the payment of any taxes imposed by any taxing district, and such taxpayer shall be charged with his taxes as though he had received notice.”

WATER AND SEWER LIEN LETTER
The Municipal Authority of the Township of Robinson (MATR) may issue the water and sewer lien letter for a given property which most closing agents may require for the sale/purchase of said property.

MUNICIPAL LIEN LETTER
