The Administration Department is responsible for the day-to-day operations and service delivery of Robinson Township. The Administration Department is directed by the Township Manager, Jeffrey F. Silka. The Township Manager serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Township, and is responsible for implementing the policies, resolutions and ordinances adopted by the governing body of the Township, which is the five-member board of commissioners. The board appoints and oversees the manager. The manager also prepares the annual budget and supervises all Township staff, departments and consultants including Finance, Public Works, Planning & Zoning, Police and Parks & Recreation.
The Township Manager is assisted by a professional management team comprised of Rachel J. Susko, Assistant Manager / Director of Administration, Gerald Kezmarsky, Finance Officer, Rick Urbano, Planning Director, Michael Volpe, Public Works Supervisor and Dale Vietmeier, Chief of Police.
